Breakfasted on leftover homemade vegan cheeses, bread and fruit. Feeling very European, haha. Now off to yoga!
Insane vegan spread at our gift exchange last night: orange cake, thumb print and sugar cookies, apple muffins with salted caramel frosting, raw persimmon cheesecake, mango tofu quinoa salad, and EIGHT types of vegan cheese, just to name a few. There’s nothing like sharing a special night with like-minded friends who can cook! Love my girls!
My buddy @scarey808 made three cheeses from the Artisan Vegan Cheese book: monterey jack, air-dried gouda and sharp cheddar. These are amazing, I highly recommend getting the book if you’re willing to do the work of making these cheeses. We are having wine, crackers and grapes with these and can’t even believe it’s vegan. For those who cheese is the last thing holding you back, I say “no longer!”
