First dinner during my anti-Candida diet: tri-colored quinoa and sauteed cauliflower, broccoli and spinach seasoned with Cajun spice, topped with avocado. It was surprisingly filling, I only ate half so I’m having the rest for lunch today!

I’ve been obsessed with this salad lately: diced colored bell peppers, diced seedless cucumbers, toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh basil. Simple dressing of one part olive oil, two parts red wine vinegar, raw mixed garlic and a splash of Bragg’s for salt. Eat with a big spoon, so delicious!
