#dinner tonight turned out beautifully: ginger cabbage and tofu stir fry over brown rice miso cilantro noodles.

Directions:The stir fry also had onions and garlic, I gently sauteed the whole mix with a little salt and pepper, then added finely grated ginger at the end and topped with sesame seeds. I cooked the noodles, drained them quickly so the were still a little wet, added a tablespoon of brown rice miso, mixed well, added a ton of fresh cilantro. The noodles would have been amazing with some almond or peanut butter as well :)

My friend @itsjusttheredheadinme just made us coconut oil roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with leftover Native Foods vegan ranch dressing, onion powder, salt, pepper. Insanely good.

Made a quick lunch with @exploreasian black bean #glutenfree pasta, zucchini, summer squash, chopped cauliflower and lots of garlic. Topped with a lil bit of nooch.

This pasta is insane, you can order it from Amazon, Vitacost or look on their site to see where they sell it. It’s at some Jimbo’s and Whole Foods. It’s made completely from beans but has a mild flavor, totally gluten free, high protein, high fiber. It’s amazing!

#breakfast for #dinner - tofu scramble with mushrooms, onions and Brussels sprouts, and a slice of #glutenfree avocado toast. I got fancy on this shit by hitting it with a dash of truffle salt at the end. Ballin!!!!
